Terms & Conditions
1. DRIVER’S AGE: Minimum 23 years for groups A, B, C, D, E, S, I and 25 years for car groups D1, D2, H, H1, F, G, K, L. The maximum rental age is 75 years.
2. DRIVER’S LICENSE: International or National held at least one year.
3. MINIMUM RENTAL: One day (24 hours). The cost for every extra hour is 10 Euros.
4. TRAFFIC FINES: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
5. OUR PRICE INCLUDE: – Third party insurance (T.P.I.) – Collision damage waiver (C.D.W.) – Theft insurance (T. I.) – Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.) – Free airport delivery – collection – Road assistance – Unlimited mileage – Free 2nd driver – Corfu road map – Taxes & VAT included.
6. INSURANCE:
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.)
Included in the rental cost. With this insurance in case of damage the renter΄s liability limits to an excess amount. For groups A, B, C the excess amount is 440 Euros. For groups D, E, S the excess amount is 630 Euros. For groups D1, D2, H, H1, F, G, I the excess amount is 850 Euros. For the group K the excess amount is 2000 Euros. For the group L the excess amount is 1500 Euros. This insurance does not cover damages to, glass parts ( windscreen ), wheels, tires and to the underside of the car. A valid credit card, in the driver΄s name, is required as a guarantee on the pickup date. Cash accepted for secure deposit.
Full Damage Waiver (F.D.W.) with zero excess.
If you would like, you can add Full Damage Waiver insurance with zero excess, with an extra daily cost 6 – 20 Euros depending on the group of the car. With this optional insurance you are 100% covered. In the event of damage or theft, you are not required to pay any excess amount ( zero excess ). This insurance offers also cover to the roof of the vehicle, to glass parts ( windscreen included ), wheels, fire insurance and theft insurance.
No credit card deposit or block required with this insurance.
Only the driver can drive the car always on tarmac (asphalt) roads, nobody else.
7. All Rates Include 24% VAT
8. Gasoline (fuel): Paid by the customer. Customer should return the car back with the same level of fuel. Inter Corfu Car rental can not refund any money back!
9. A minimum charge of 30 euros for deliveries and collection after 23.00 – 08.00 hours.
10. Ferrying of the car is prohibited without the authorization of Inter Corfu.
11. No cancellation Fee but please inform us as soon as possible.
12. The customer should keep the car clean till the collection. If the car is not clean Inter Corfu charge the client for cleaning the car.
13. Key Loss: If the keys are lost and damaged the customer is responsible for the replacement costs.
14. BABY SEAT: 3 euros per day.
15. BOOSTER: 2 euros per day.
16. NAVIGATION SYSTEM: 4 euros per day.
